The apartment offers an open, well-equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a modern bathroom with its own washing tower, and a sunny balcony.

Location:
The Breitenrain district is one of the most popular residential areas in Bern - quiet, green, and yet central. Migros, Coop, and Denner are within a 10-minute walk. By bus and tram, it takes 10 minutes to the main train station or 5 minutes to Wankdorf station. The neighborhood offers many cozy cafés, bars, and restaurants. The Aare and the Rosengarten are also easily accessible on foot.

Rent:
The rent includes additional costs, electricity, and heating costs and amounts to CHF 1655 per month.
