Since my son has moved out, my charming, bright 5-room apartment is too big for me. Therefore, I am looking for a nice, uncomplicated, and quiet subtenant. I can very well imagine a student. Whoever does not mind climbing stairs, loves nature, and does not need loud music/TV to be happy will feel comfortable in this wonderful place. Subletting is only for one person. Pets are not allowed.
Two smaller unfurnished rooms with parquet (11.8m2/11.2m2) and a small bathroom with window, shower/WC are located in the attic. One room (12.7m2) on the 1st floor serves as a kitchen/dining room (only two mobile ceramic plates, no dishwasher). Own washing machine available. The wonderful garden seating area can be shared. Garden share is also available upon request. Parking can be rented for an additional 50.-. You share the same apartment entrance, so a lot of consideration is required. A respectful interaction is important to me. Shared use: Internet, storage room, air raid shelter, garden shed. I look forward to your message.
