Monthly rent: CHF 1,550.00 + CHF 120.00 deposit for ancillary costs
Possibility to rent an indoor parking space additionally for CHF 130.00 per month
The apartment is equipped with high-quality materials, electric blinds, fiber optics, underfloor heating, and home automation. The building has an elevator, solar panels, district heating, and a bicycle room. Just a few steps from the bus stops, the Gérine, shops, restaurants, daycare, swimming pool, and all other amenities.
The buildings of Prairie 1 include a total of 159 apartments, which are largely open to the scenic centerpiece of the ensemble. The outdoor facilities on the base are designed for residents and offer high-quality outdoor spaces that serve as common areas for encounters and to promote community.

The apartments for older people are small apartments ranging from studios to 2.5 rooms. These apartments are located around a generous and bright inner street.
The double-height communal areas create real meeting spaces to complement the residential offer and allow older people to experience beautiful encounters.
The apartments benefit from vibrant living areas and are adapted to the needs of seniors. All apartments have generous balconies, a ceiling height of 2.60 m, and are equipped with double flow.
Building C houses apartments for families with 2.5 rooms, which are illuminated from 2 sides. On the ground floor are the 2 entrances to the apartments as well as a sales area with private outdoor space.
In the east corner, there is a community room for residents, allowing residents to meet and organize private events.
The family apartments all have a ceiling height of 2.60 m and are equipped with double flow. The apartments benefit from a generous living area, which is extended to a loggia or terrace with storage space.
All apartments are fully equipped with electric blinds, have their own cellar, an individual washing and drying unit, as well as built-in wardrobes in the entrance area.

Building D in the south is intended for student apartments of the cluster type as well as for studios.
The entrance to the apartments is accessible from the center of the building as well as from the planned activities such as medical practices or medical fields.
