A whirlpool and 2 fireplaces on the upper floor and in the attic contribute significantly to the coziness of this very valuable holiday property.
Room offer:
The room offer includes 190 m2 of usable space or 125 m2 of net living space. A corresponding room program with details on the room sizes can be found in our sales documentation. The house permanently accommodates at least 4 people. For a weekend, the holidays, or a week of vacation, an additional 2-4 people can be accommodated.
The special location:
The house is very accessible in both summer and winter. It is located a few meters below the middle station of the cable car Blatten - Belalp on a beautiful sun terrace, facing directly south.
The journey:
You drive with your car to the parking garage near the valley station of the cable car Blatten - Belalp. From there, the cable car takes you to the middle station and almost to your front door.
In the summer, you can drive your car right up to the front door and park next to the chalet. The last part of the journey leads from the connecting road Blatten - Belalp over a smaller private natural road to the house.
Important to know:
The highest point of the Belalp ski area is at 3,118 m above sea level. And there is no more building land to buy in the region where the chalet is located. The local landscape is to be preserved as it is today. The chalet belongs to the village of Blatten and could therefore also be inhabited year-round.
