The sunny village of Morgins, facing southwest, is a very active family ski resort in the municipality of Troistorrents. This chalet, built in 1973, was traditionally constructed in larch on a concrete base. The authenticity of its construction is characterized by its open balcony and slate roof.
Located 150m from the center of the village and the first cable car leading to the slopes, this chalet benefits from the best orientation to enjoy optimal sunshine.
The 2 bedrooms were created in 2000.

On the ground floor, a large entrance hall leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area opening onto a large terrace. A bedroom, a small storage room for your belongings, and a WC-sink complete this level.

On the first floor, there is a fully sloped living room opening onto a large balcony, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

Outside, the isolated outbuilding is used as a carnotzet but can be converted into an office.
