Motivation of the project designer at Bidemstrasse on the edge of the construction zone:
As mentioned at the beginning, it is close to our hearts: to integrate the historical architecture into the settlement of the Fluppi-Bidemsstrasse. This with a simple and timeless building body. With the terraces and seating areas compactly integrated into the building body. And thus creating added value with this spatial expansion, this should be openly included. Thus, this building body creates a consistent and bundled light tension. These light tensions sneak into the living spaces, relaxing and overarching. The cube is designed with a clear floor plan and thus allows for a transparent interior architecture. This green in the green surroundings appears lovely - embracing and hugging the inner spatial volumes with reflection. At the same time, living at the forest edge provides pure peace and relaxation. Thus, this also creates a calming - cozy overall living feeling.
