But now the time has come for me to find someone new who recognizes my potential and loves me just as I deserve.

I am a charming, generous family house from the 60s – a real original – and I am located in a tax-friendly, attractive community by Lake Constance, near the German border.

Zurich is only about 65 km away; in 45 to 50 minutes by car you can be in the city, but at the same time enjoy the advantages of living in a quiet neighborhood close to Lake Constance every day. My vintage is solid, I have character and have been well cared for all these years. Some even say: "You don't find such things anymore today." Perhaps that is because I get to spread out on a huge plot of 1,200 m². My garden is a little paradise with cozy seating areas, a charming garden house with a biotope right in front of your nose, and old trees that create a wonderful atmosphere.
