The new building is located in a residential area of Savosa. The project consists of two rectangular residences, the first as a single-family house and the second as a semi-detached house. The first floor contains three rooms, two smaller ones with a shared bathroom and the third main room with an en-suite bathroom.
The residence is then surrounded by dense vegetation, lawn area, and an outdoor terrace.
Through the common access, one reaches the single-family house "T.O." and then the semi-detached houses "E." and "M." The first in the eastern part, the second in the western part.
The orientation of the rooms is towards the mountains and green areas. >> The living areas, on the other hand, are oriented southeast, towards the city of Lugano, with an open view of San Salvatore.
