The rustic house was inhabited until a few years ago and is in good general condition. However, it needs renovation. It is a typical mountain rustic house, in a simple but cozy style.

The rustic house has two entrances. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom/shower/WC, a cellar, and a technical room. On the first floor, there is a unique living/dining/kitchen area with a fireplace. A wooden staircase leads to the attic, where there is a double bed. The rustic house has all connections such as water and sewage. Electricity is generated by a solar panel.
A large garden with granite table and benches is part of the property. There is enough space to sunbathe or barbecue with friends. From all sides, there is a beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, and nature.
Numerous hikes or mountain bike tours can be undertaken all around.

In summer, the property is accessible by car up to 300 meters, with the last 1.8 km leading over a dirt road. In winter, when there is a lot of snow, you have to leave your car in the village of Gola di Lago and drive up to the farmhouse with a snowmobile or snowshoes.
The village of Tesserete with its shops is 9 km from the rustic house. The cities of Lugano and Bellinzona are about 17 km from the rustic house.
