The rustic house is located in the picturesque Valle Verzasca, near the Contra dam, known for one of the most spectacular stunt scenes in film history: James Bond's 220-meter jump during the filming of GoldenEye.
The house has been extensively and carefully renovated. An enormous and meticulous effort has created a true masterpiece that fully respects the architectural style of the region. Restored with great passion and dedication in every detail, this villa radiates exclusivity, rarity, and uniqueness.
The rustic house, about 65 m² in size, stands on a 1488 m² plot. Upon entering the building, one is greeted by the outer stone walls, the granite flooring, and a characteristic corner with a table and bench, also made of granite.
On the ground floor, there is the living room and kitchen, from whose windows one can admire the changing shades of the typical gneiss granite of the region. An internal wooden staircase leads to the bedroom and the attic. The terraced garden offers several relaxation areas and culminates in a stunning natural pool. The kitchen, bathroom, floors, and heating system are yet to be completed to design the interiors to one's own taste.
Outside, the original waterwheel has been preserved, perfectly conserved and still functional.
A private parking space is also available.
A true treasure of Ticino architecture, the ideal holiday home for those who love nature and tranquility.
