THE PROJECT
The planned construction project includes ten terraced houses, divided into two buildings with five residential units each. The buildings extend over two above-ground floors and a basement, which serves as an underground garage. The load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete, while the gable roofs are constructed in timber.
A1 to A2 and B1 to B5 offer generous 4.5-room floor plans;
A3, A4, and A5 impress with well-thought-out 3.5-room floor plans.
The planning of the project took into account the shape of the plot to create south-facing garden areas that optimally utilize sunlight. The modern, simple, and straight-lined style of the project is reflected in the facades, which are clad with fine stoneware tiles in travertine look. The staggered arrangement of the windows on the north and south sides emphasizes the structure of the individual houses, while the protruding volume of the first floor gives the side facades a dynamic touch.
A vehicle ramp on the north side allows access to the underground garage with 20 parking spaces as well as access to the internal entrances of the residential units. The external entrances of the individual terraced houses are also located on the north side on the ground floor.
Each house has its own private garden and is designed as an independent unit through the subdivision of the plot.

The design considered the shape of the land, allowing for the creation of south-facing garden spaces to make the most of solar exposure. The style is modern, simple, and linear, with facades clad in porcelain stoneware tiles with a travertine effect. The irregular arrangement of the windows on the north and south sides emphasizes the structure of the individual houses, while the volumetric projection of the first floor gives the side facades a dynamic note.
On the north side, a vehicle ramp is planned to allow access to the garage, equipped with 20 parking spaces, and to the internal entrances of the individual residential units. On the ground floor, also on the north side, are the external entrances of the terraced houses.
Each terraced house will have its own private garden and will be made independent thanks to the subdivision of the land.
