Villa LA ROCCA is located in an exclusive position and dominates from above, offering a beautiful and wide view of Lake Maggiore. On clear days you can see Monte Rosa to the right of the villa and to its left Monte Tamaro up to the Denti della Vecchia.
In addition to the fantastic view there is certain proof of a unique microclimate at the Swiss level. A particular feature of this project by Studio Ghelfa is the lake view that can be enjoyed from every room that makes up the villa, organized on three levels and which has large terraces with particularly different shapes from one another.
The tempered glass parapets favor our gaze to the unattainable horizon. Called Villa La Rocca, it could also be renamed Villa Luce because it is illuminated inside by the sun and the full moon nights. All this thanks to the large windows that give the villa a great architectural value.
Organized on three levels and perched on a rock, it is reachable from the 4 parking spaces and a separate room, through an inclined lift. It offers on the ground floor an entrance, hall, kitchen with island, dining room and service with shower and laundry.
On the upper floor large living room, study or bedroom, two bathrooms, two walk-in closets, another bedroom and large terrace. The attic floor is reached by an internal lift and there are three other bedrooms, including the master bedroom, with two other bathrooms, two walk-in closets, a large terrace and a second entrance because, for those who wish, the villa can be divided into a duplex and attic on the upper floor.
The external inclined lift reaches all the levels described. The use of materials such as stone and solid wood in the finishing of the floors gives further qualitative particularity to Villa La Rocca.
