THE PROJECT

The project involves the construction of ten terraced houses, divided into two buildings each consisting of five residential units. The load-bearing structure will be made of reinforced concrete, while the gabled roofs will be made of wooden carpentry.

The design has taken into account the shape of the land, allowing for the creation of garden spaces oriented to the South to make the most of solar exposure. The irregular arrangement of the windows on the North and South sides emphasizes the structure of the individual houses, while the volumetric projection of the first floor gives the side facades a dynamic note.
