THE PROJECT
The planned construction project comprises ten terraced houses, divided into two buildings with five residential units each. The buildings extend over two above-ground floors and a basement, which serves as an underground car park. The supporting structure will be made of reinforced concrete, while the gabled roofs will be constructed of wood.
A1 to A2 and B1 to B5 offer spacious 4.5-room floor plans;
A3, A4 and A5 impress with well-designed 3.5-room floor plans.
When planning the project, the shape of the plot was taken into account in order to create south-facing garden areas that make optimal use of sunlight. The modern, simple and straightforward style of the project is reflected in the facades, which are clad with porcelain stoneware tiles in a travertine look. The staggered arrangement of the windows on the north and south sides underlines the structure of the individual houses, while the projecting volume of the first floor gives the side facades a dynamic touch.
A vehicle ramp on the north side provides access to the underground car park with 20 parking spaces and access to the internal entrances of the residential units. On the ground floor, on the north side, are also the external entrances of the individual terraced houses.
Each house has its own private garden and is designed as an independent unit through the subdivision of the plot.
It is possible to individually design the interior fittings.
