Along the Giona stream, some idyllic spots invite swimming in the summer months. In autumn, it exudes a particular charm when the chestnuts ripen, and the area's woods are known for the large number of chestnut trees.

The area is appreciated by hikers and cyclists. Nearby, the Passo di Neggia is the ideal starting point for small hikes to the peaks of Tamaro (1961 m) and Gambarogno (1734 m).

The rustic house has a pleasant outdoor space consisting of a small green garden with a terrace, pergola, and granite table. From this position, you can enjoy a beautiful open view of the valley in complete tranquility.

Entering the property, we find the living area with a characteristic granite slab floor, a wood-burning fireplace, and a ceiling with exposed beams.
