House A or House B - Find your perfect home
This beautiful timber construction offers you the opportunity to fulfill your dream home – with two houses connected by a carport. House A and House B are identical in living space, but differ in orientation and plot size.
House A faces south and west, has a sunny garden and a plot size of 427 m². Thanks to the well-thought-out architecture, you can enjoy light-flooded rooms and a generous atmosphere.
House B offers a little more outdoor space with 473 m² of plot area and also has a south-facing garden. This variant is ideal for those who want to enjoy more sunlight in the morning.
Both houses have 206 m² of net living space, a 24 m² mostly covered garden seating area and are available at the same price.
The completion of both houses is planned for July 2025.
This documentation is mainly focused on House A for understanding.
Architectural Concept
The two buildings are carefully positioned between a lime and a walnut tree, their shape and dimensions carefully integrated into the natural surroundings. Their design complements and reflects the natural landscape. The architecture draws on regional, local elements, such as the massive basement, the classic gable roof and the overhanging glued roofs. Such canopies, which have been used in the region for over 200 years, now also serve as brise soleil for the two new single-family houses.
The three-part division of the building volume centrally creates an area for vehicles and the shared heating system. This acts as a meeting point while simultaneously creating distance and privacy. The massive basement is based on a classic typology and forms the basis for the two upper floors in timber construction.
Both houses offer a generous amount of space with a total of 6 ½ rooms, four of which are located on the upper floor. The attic remains deliberately open for individual development and leaves room for personal design ideas. On the ground floor, the central living area forms the heart of the house. All areas are optimally proportioned and functionally designed there. The kitchen plays an important role: The kitchen island, which can also be used as a bar, is surrounded by a cozy dining nook and a light-flooded living area. Large windows open up wide views that allow the beauty of the surrounding nature to flow into the living space.
