The original farmhouse was lovingly and meticulously renovated between 2018 and 2020 and converted into a residential house with two separate living units. The western corner house with a 6½-room layout can be occupied and lived in immediately. The other part of the house includes a spacious 2½-room apartment over two floors and is currently rented, with the existing rental agreement being transferred to the future owner. To generate additional living space, the attic of approximately 47 m² can be fully developed.
Natural building materials were used during the conversion/expansion, and existing materials were reused. All electrical, sanitary, and heating installations, as well as the sewage system, have been newly created. The larger living unit is heated with a basic stove (wood, with logs). The 2½-room corner house has two pellet stoves. The modern architecture in the "old building" impresses with many details, such as the inner courtyard, which generates both covered and wind-protected outdoor space while also serving as a source of light. In addition to the loggia and the inner courtyard, the plot also has various usable outdoor areas (garden, meadow, seating areas, etc.) as well as at least 3 outdoor parking spaces.
