The original farmhouse was lovingly and meticulously renovated between 2018 and 2020 and expanded into a residential building with two separate residential units. The west wing with a 6½-room layout can be moved into and inhabited immediately.
Natural building materials were used during the conversion/expansion, and existing materials were reused. All electrical, sanitary and heating installations, as well as the sewerage system, were newly created. The large apartment is heated with a wood-burning stove (solid fuel).
