This historic Art Nouveau villa is located in one of the most beautiful locations in the small town of Burg, above Menziken. The location offers fantastic views and is wonderfully sunny. The size of the property ensures plenty of privacy.
Burg/AG belongs to the municipality of Menziken in the Kulm district in the Swiss canton of Aargau. It is located in the upper Wynental, borders the canton of Lucerne and, with an area of 94 hectares, is the second smallest municipality in the canton. The village lies on the west side of the valley on the slope of the Stierenberg. The steep ravine of the Rickenbach, a tributary of the Wyna, forms the southern municipal boundary. The five villages of Burg, Beinwil am See, Menziken, Pfeffikon and Reinach have merged into a contiguous agglomeration with around 19,000 inhabitants, the boundaries are hardly visible between the once separate settlements. Burg is located away from through traffic on the side road between Menziken and Rickenbach.
