PROPERTY INFORMATION:
This 4.5-room corner house on plot no. 4265 has three residential floors, two relaxation areas, planted borders and a garage. This includes one third of plot no. 3219 with the access road. The optimally utilized property with the three identical terraced houses is located in the single-family house zone at the foot of the sunny south-facing slope at the end of the village near the swimming pool. The three remarkable properties bear the inimitable signature of the Californian architect Mark Mack and radiate individuality and independence through their orientation and colour. The refined southern colour palette runs through the entire house and underlines the Californian origins of the architect.
In order to achieve optimal light and space conditions, the architect placed the houses at an angle on the plot. This original diagonal architecture creates more openness, a more sophisticated light incidence and encourages a playful approach to furnishing. In addition, the houses only touch each other over a length of about 4.5 metres.
The offer is particularly aimed at young people who appreciate privacy and exceptional design, who have little time for gardening, but who nevertheless wish to enjoy relaxing country life in a peaceful community.
