PROPERTY INFORMATION:
This 4½-room corner house on plot No. 4265 has three living floors, two seating areas, planted borders, and a garage. It also includes a third of plot No. 3219 with the access road. The optimally utilized property with the three identical row houses is located in the single-family home zone at the foot of the sunny southern slope, at the end of the village near the swimming pool. The three distinctive properties unmistakably bear the signature of architect Mark Mack, who lives in California, and radiate individuality and independence through their orientation and color. The skillful southern color scheme runs throughout the house and emphasizes the Californian origin of the architect.
To achieve optimal light and spatial conditions, the architect positioned the houses at an angle on the plot. This original diagonal architecture leads to more openness, refined light incidence, and encourages playful interaction with the furnishings. Additionally, the houses only touch each other at a length of about 4.5 meters.
The offer primarily appeals to younger people who value privacy and exceptional design, have little time for gardening, but still want to enjoy the relaxing rural life in a peaceful community.

COMMUNITY INFORMATION:
Buus is the third largest municipality in the district of Sissach with an area of 888 ha and has 1133 inhabitants (03/24). A farming village located in a valley floor with fruit and vine cultivation, into which several small valleys flow. Viticulture has always played an important role in Buus. Since the climate is warmer due to the enclosed valley location than in the wide open valleys, the vegetation thrives particularly well here. Thus, Buus, along with Maisprach and Wintersingen, is one of the three wine-growing municipalities that annually organize 'the Wy-Erläbnis', a always fully booked pleasure hike through the vineyards. Hikers are also drawn to the ruins of Farnsburg, which, with its magnificent panoramic view, is a true sight to behold. The swimming pool, which is open every day in summer, is also very popular and delights young and old alike.
