Location and accessibility
The little house at 1,490 m above sea level is located in a place called "Unner Nessultal". Access to the property is possible up to about 5 minutes on foot. Parking options are available. From the national road (Simplon road), the turnoff "Schallberg" leads to an asphalted road up to the bridge at a place called "Grund". Further, a forest road leads towards "Unner Nessultal". At the beginning of the forest road, there is a barrier that can only be opened with a key from the cabin owners. Due to a rockfall in the past, driving or walking on the road is allowed at your own risk. The driving time from the barrier to the parking lot is about 15 minutes.
Description of the cabin with a unique panoramic view
This unique property (parcel no. 10265, see site plan) is in an intact general condition corresponding to its age. The building impresses with its location in absolute tranquility. The sunny spot in front of the house with its breathtaking view enhances the cabin accordingly. There is also another area in front of the house with a grill.
The cabin with a living area of about 45 m2 is heated by the Giltstein stove in the living room or the wood stove in the kitchen. The solar panel on the roof, which would need to be replaced, provides light in the evening hours. If needed, the solar installation already purchased by the seller can be bought. Otherwise, there is no electricity. The house is covered with a corrugated iron roof. The property is supplied with drinking water all year round and is connected to the sewage system.
Cooking is done either with the wood stove in the kitchen or the grill in front of the house. In the attached wood shed, there is a toilet with a sink (without shower). A cozy living room with six sleeping places rounds off this interesting offer.
