The buildings are arranged along an axis parallel to the southern boundary of plot 714 RFD. They are scaled relative to each other and at different levels to follow the morphology of the land. They are independent but contiguous units.
The complex is accessible from the east side of the plot, along the northern border.
Each house has an interior garage and an outdoor parking space.
The houses are arranged over two floors and individually form a simple volume with a rectangular plan that extends upwards.
Each building has a large overhang on the 5-meter eave facing southeast.
Each building is designed as a wooden reticular container with large facade elements that can open in the desired locations. In particular, the southeast facade is a glass facade located at the construction limit of the large distance. The wooden constructions will be placed on concrete bases to protect the wooden part from ground moisture.
Location
The land is located at the southern limit of the building zone, at the border of the agricultural zone. The plot includes an existing building and the project plans to subdivide a sufficient area for the construction of the planned housing.
The location is quiet and well exposed to the sun; the plot is accessible via the country road, Rue des Rangiers, which starts from the cantonal road next to the roadworks building.
