Location / Property
The location of the property is very rural and quiet. The distant view is unobstructed and breathtaking. You can see Thun and the surrounding area, plus in the background the mountains of the Bernese Oberland.
The road that runs past the property is not heavily trafficked. It takes 12 minutes to reach the Kiesen motorway entrance and 9 minutes to Oberdiessbach. The school in Bleiken will definitely be closed. The children will go to school in Oberdiessbach.
The property has a ground floor, which consists of a large hall. This hall used to be a car workshop. Today it has been used as a garage (approx. space for 4 cars), hobby and storage room. There is an electric heating system with radiators.
On the first floor is the main entrance of the house. On this floor you will find the kitchen, the large living room, and two separate rooms that were used as children's and parents' rooms.
In the attic, there are two smaller rooms, an entrance hall plus two rooms in the sides of the roof that serve as storage space. The roof is in good condition, as are the facades.
The interior fittings are in need of renovation. We estimate a cost of CHF 150,000.-.
