Room Description
Even in the entrance area, you are welcomed by an architectural highlight: a round wall cutout provides a fascinating view into the glazed inner courtyard. The property extends over several staggered levels and offers a successful combination of living, working, and stylish architecture.
On the lower ground floor – the entrance level – there are flexibly usable practice or office spaces that can be individually designed. This level is complemented by a guest toilet, a laundry room, and an additional cellar room in the basement.
Just half a floor above, the architectural center of the house opens up: the light-flooded, glazed inner courtyard. This forms the heart of the property with its staircase leading through all floors. A stylishly designed fountain in oriental style recalls the atmosphere of a traditional riad.
On the garden level, there is a 2½-room apartment with a private garden seating area – ideal for nature-oriented living with high quality of life.
On the slightly staggered 1st floor, a cozy studio apartment with a stylish gallery and balcony impresses, making it perfect for teenage children, singles, or as a retreat.
The next level, the 2nd floor, houses another tasteful 2½-room apartment with a balcony and additional seating area – bright, quiet, and with a pleasant room layout.
The offer is rounded off by a generous roof terrace that delights with impressive views over Muri to the Alps.
