In summer, you can drive your car right up to the front door and park next to the chalet. The last part of the journey leads from the connecting road Blatten – Belalp over a smaller private natural road to the house.

The highest point of the Belalp ski area is at 3,118 m above sea level. And there is no more building land to buy in the region where the chalet is located. The local landscape is to be preserved as it is today. The chalet belongs to the village of Blatten and could therefore also be inhabited year-round.
