PROJECT
The project plans for the construction of five family houses on plot no. 31 at the west entrance of the village. (3 are already built)
The plot is located in the construction zone Centre Village and is surrounded by a very large agricultural area. Given the new construction standards, this agricultural area should ensure green space in the long term.
RESIDENTIAL AREA
The buildings are arranged on either side of a private path: three to the West, two to the East. Their silhouette blends modernity and tradition, in harmony with the Centre Village. Designed to offer privacy and calm, the houses integrate perfectly into their environment.
ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT
The interior volumes are spacious and bathed in light. A central wooden space, illuminated by a skylight, diffuses light throughout the height via a perforated floor. This transparency creates a harmonious continuity between the spaces.

PROJECT MODIFICATIONS
The project consists of similar buildings forming a unitary concept in the Centre Village area. Thus, modifications to the shape and exterior appearance are not envisaged. However, there is more flexibility for the interior plan of the ground floor and the upper floor.
Creating an additional level in the basement is possible, as an option.
For sanitary facilities, kitchen layout, and floor coverings, the prices defined for supply and installation are mentioned in the budget section.
The final cost is defined based on the options chosen and agreement between the architect and the buyer before execution.
