The property
The chalet is located in a quiet hillside position above the village center and offers a beautiful view of the valley. Access is via Rainstrasse (one-way street); in winter it is only accessible to a limited extent. A parking space is available, and access to the house is via a footpath.
The entrance on the east side leads into a compact corridor with a practical wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is simply but functionally designed. The bright living and dining area appears friendly and inviting thanks to its generous window front – the cozy seating area rounds off the space.
The small bedroom on the south side has a built-in wardrobe. Particularly noteworthy is the large southwest balcony with magnificent far-reaching views and evening sun – an ideal place to relax.
In the basement, there is a separate cellar room with its own access available.
A straightforward chalet with character – simple, well-maintained, and partially in need of renovation, but with solid substance and room for personal ideas.
