Location
Münchringen (a district of Jegenstorf) is a rural and quietly located village in the Bern-Mittelland.
Although there is no through road running through the village, the community is well connected in terms of transport. The nearest access to the A1 motorway (Bern-Zurich) is about 5 km from the village center.
Münchringen has no direct connection to the public transport network. The nearest station of the regional train Bern-Solothurn is in Jegenstorf, about 1 km away.

Various information
The 4 ½-room ground floor apartment has, in addition to an open kitchen and spacious living room with Swedish stove, also a beautiful winter garden. From the living room, from another room, and from the winter garden, there is direct access to the garden.
The garden area offers a lot of privacy and is located in the courtyard of the house. From the winter garden, a spiral staircase leads directly to the basement. At this point, it would be possible with a small construction effort to create direct access to the "studio". This way, living and working could be ideally combined.
In the basement is the sauna with relaxation room and shower/WC. This area is currently used exclusively by the ground floor apartment. The sauna area could possibly also be made accessible to all apartments.
The two apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are stylishly renovated all around, bright, and friendly. Both apartments have a Swedish stove and each has a balcony with wonderful views. These apartments are currently rented out.
