As for the villa to be built, we have various models on offer: we adapt to your taste and preferences. All our houses offer you bright rooms thanks to large windows, a spacious living area, and large bedrooms. A complete basement is included. Our villas offer a living area of at least 155 m2. The heating system with heat pump provides an ecological and economical system. Photovoltaic panels will also be installed.
Since a visit says more than plans or pictures, we have built show houses. Our offices in Valais and our show house are located in Aproz. We can also welcome you in Oron-la-Ville for the visit of two more villas. We are open from Monday to Saturday and look forward to welcoming you to present our construction options.

Notary fees are to be considered in addition. They vary depending on individual circumstances, and we are available to estimate them together and include them in your project.
