This charming chalet, situated at an altitude of around 1,375 metres, enjoys year-round sunshine and peace and quiet. The view of the mountains and alpine pastures is well worth the diversions. The chalet was built in 1988 and completely renovated between 2017 and 2023.
The chalet is close to the centre of La Tzoumaz resort, at the heart of the '4-Vallées' ski area (Verbier, La Tzoumaz, Nendaz, Veysonnaz and Thyon/Les Collons). With 412 km of ski runs, it is the largest ski area in Switzerland and the 3rd largest in Europe. The public transport and shuttle bus stop is less than 150 metres away.
The chalet is in very good condition and the materials used in the renovation are of very high quality. It is the ideal size for a family holiday home. Its mezzanine floor means it can accommodate more people if necessary.
