Location
The property is located on the northern edge of Herzogenbuchsee towards Wangen an der Aare. Access is via Wangenstrasse and Bodackerweg. The distance to the train station is 1.2 km, to the Migros / Coop shopping center 1.3 km, to the bus stop 200m, and to Burgschulhaus 1.3 km. The house has a spacious garden with a beautiful view of the Jura.
Building
The house was built in 1970 / 77 by the seller (architect) for his own family, has been inhabited by him to this day, and is now being sold directly by him. The necessary maintenance work has been carried out continuously (see list) and the building is in very good condition. A good standard of development characterizes the house (large living area with a soapstone stove, glazed seating area with granite floor, open kitchen with work island, laundry chute, etc.).
