In 1979/1980, the house built in 1836 was completely renovated and remodeled by the then buyers. Originally, it was designed as a two-family house. After the conversion, it should serve a family as a spacious home.
To bring more light into the house, the entire stairwell on the north side was designed with white lacquered gratings. This unusual construction allows the light to flow "from all sides" into the house, making it bright and friendly. A striking number of walls were painted white, and the floors were covered with white tiles. In addition, individual walls were removed to create larger and brighter rooms.
A special highlight is the large, light-flooded attic, which is currently used as a living and sleeping room. The wood-burning stove exudes its cozy warmth and invites you to linger. Particularly fascinating is the visible roof construction with the color-contrasting beams - it's nice that it remained visible despite the insulation.
Despite the open rooms, the house still has many dreamy corners inside and out. In the garden, the courtyard designed as a seating area is particularly eye-catching. When it gets dark, the warm light sources around the house create a cozy atmosphere that is often enjoyed - whether with family or guests. Here you can really enjoy your evening undisturbed.
The house is still in good and well-maintained condition today. Thanks to the numerous photos, you have certainly already been able to get a good picture of this unique house. But it only unfolds its true charm on site. Therefore, we would like to invite serious interested parties to an individual viewing - there are no mass viewings. And who knows, maybe you will soon be able to call this beautiful piece of history your own.
