LOCATION OF THE BUILDING
The building was erected in the northern part of the plot; it is surrounded to the east, west, and south by the garden. It benefits from a limited view of the lake and a small pleasant garden to the south.
Access to the building, both pedestrian and vehicle, is easy.
Soft mobility combined with the proximity of shops, schools, and leisure activities facilitates everyday life.
The plot is located northeast of the city center of Neuchâtel, approximately 3.7 km from Place Pury. The Neuchâtel train station is about 2.4 km away.
SYNTHESIS
The building was traditionally erected around 1949 in the northwest of the city of Neuchâtel.
The plot is quite green, which creates a bucolic atmosphere.
Although the building is in good condition, it seems that renovation work should be considered to meet current expectations and needs.
