The Triftalp guesthouse combines countless highlights and offers great potential for its future owners and operators. The building was gutted in 2011/2012, completely renovated and extended with an extension, and covers an area of a generous 445m2. It combines overnight accommodation, a seminar room and a beautiful restaurant with indoor and outdoor areas. The restaurant makes guests feel immediately at home. The wooden visual elements in combination with the fireplace create a very cosy atmosphere, while the guest area is flooded with light thanks to the window fronts and is exceptionally inviting. The interior offers space for 32 guests, the sun terrace for 50 people and an unobstructed, breathtaking panoramic view of the Mischabel chain. The kitchen with electric grill and gas installation is equipped with modern, new equipment, furniture and inventory are available, so that the business can be taken over immediately.
In the basement there is a bright double room with shower and toilet and also two spacious cellars as storage rooms, cold storage room, laundry room, technical room, an area for wood storage and plenty of additional storage space. On the 1st floor is the landlord's room with a practical office area, which is very bright and inviting and has a bathroom with shower. On this floor there are also four guest double rooms, with wonderful views of the surrounding nature, as well as a toilet and a separate shower. Numerous tasteful rustic-charming details ensure a particularly harmonious atmosphere throughout the guest area. In the attic there is a multi-bed room with overnight accommodation for 13 people and an adjoining seminar room with sound system and beamer. An ideal place for club outings, company events or private functions.
The building is heated with wood-piece firing and the heat is comfortably distributed via underfloor heating, a 9kwh heat insert can be heated electrically. There is also a boiler with a 2000 litre water tank.
