Are you looking for optimal spaces to open a medical practice, an (trust, architecture) office or similar? Here you have found an interesting opportunity!
This beautifully and modernly furnished practice was built in 2006 and is being sold due to relocation.
It offers high comfort, all technical refinements to run a high-quality, modern practice.
The practice offers a generous space program with various treatment rooms and offices that can also be relatively easily adapted.
The premises can be occupied very quickly and only a few works need to be carried out (painters and a few small repairs).
The plans no longer correspond entirely to the current situation, as 4 treatment rooms, 1 guest toilet, and 2 offices have been set up. However, the lightweight walls can be easily removed or moved.
The spacious reception, a kitchenette, and the cloakroom with its own toilet for staff complete this interesting offer. The cellar and storage rooms are shared by the two doctors.
The beautiful historic house dates back to 1897 (!) and was completely renovated in 2006. In addition, the new and extension for the practice rooms was added.
The property is located very centrally between Arlesheim and Dornach and offers sufficient parking spaces around the house for your patients.
Birseckstrasse is located not far from the Birs, the village entrance of Dornach, especially the Dornach train station and bus stops and the highway. Thus, you can reach the various service centers in just a few minutes on foot or by car.
Both Arlesheim and Dornach are worth a culinary discovery! From a cozy morning coffee with croissants, the light business lunch, or the hearty daily special at noon to the fine afternoon snack after a walk in the Ermitage or a visit to the Forum Würth, to the aperitif in the cozy garden restaurant and a dinner that leaves nothing to be desired: let yourself be surprised by the hosts of Arlesheim and Dornach.
In the vicinity of Arlesheim, next to Münchenstein, are the oldest known settlement sites of the canton from the Old, Stone, and New Stone Age; the Ermitage cave, the hollow rock, and the Hollenberg caves.
In 1239, the abbess Willebirgis of Hohenburg sold the Arlesheim estate to the Bishop of Basel. Arlesheim gained great importance when the cathedral chapter, which had fled from Basel to Freiburg im Breisgau, settled in Arlesheim in 1679. Cathedral houses and the cathedral were built. Through the French Revolution, the Arlesheim cathedral chapter was lost again, and the episcopal part of the Birstal came under French rule. At the Congress of Vienna in 1815, Arlesheim was incorporated into the canton of Basel. In 1832, the citizens of Arlesheim advocated for the separation of the canton, since then the village has been the district capital.
The Arlesheim municipal coat of arms is closely linked to the coat of arms of the former bailiwick of Birseck. This goes back to the noble coat of arms of the Lords of Uesenberg. They carried the wing in a similar form in their coat of arms.
