Saint-Imier is a Swiss municipality in the canton of Bern, located in the administrative district of the Bernese Jura and is 15 km as the crow flies from La Chaux-de-Fonds. It gave its name to the Saint-Imier valley, irrigated by the Suze. The highest point of the municipality is located at 1,490 m on the flank of Chasseral.
Located near the city center, the plot benefits from a quiet environment.

The land to the East of the plot will be detached (procedure in progress) the remaining surface of the plot with the buildings will be approximately 1900 m2.
