The holiday chalet includes a large surrounding area with a beautiful view of the mountains and the village of Zweisimmen. There is also a right of way that can be reached via the terrace in the south to the footpath to the village.
The chalet has three floors.
On the ground floor, there is the technical and heating room, a 2.5-room apartment, and a large spa area. The shelter and technical room are also on this floor. On the upper floor, there is a spacious 2.5-room apartment with a bathroom and a separate toilet. In the attic, there is a 4.5-room apartment with a bathroom. The elevated apartments have large balconies, and the ground floor apartment has access to the terrace and garden area. The chalet is connected to the district heating Zweisimmen. The chalet has been used by the owners as a 2-family house.
On the ground floor, which is accessible from all apartments via the stairs or the entrance on the ground floor, there is a spacious entrance area that provides access to the shelter, technical room, and spa area. The spacious room, which contains a large swimming pool, a sauna, and a relaxation area, is oriented westward in the mountainside. The spa area has not been used in recent years and would need to be technically revised.
