The construction start is already planned for autumn 2024 and the occupancy from summer 2026. The development <> is located in an attractive residential area on the southwestern edge of the village, in close proximity to the primary and district school as well as the kindergarten. It forms the transition from the large-scale development structure of the school buildings opposite Lochstrasse to the adjacent single and multi-family housing quarter to the east. In short distance, the nature and forest paths as local recreation areas as well as the outdoor swimming pool are accessible. The three buildings are characterized by their polygonal shape.
