The apartment is located in a historic property built in 1910. The so-called "Wolfsberg" was long considered an important address in the Zurich art scene with a printing house, studios, and gallery. In 2008, the house was completely renovated and remodeled.
In this 5-room apartment on the third floor, the continuous parquet floor, coffered ceilings, various artistic built-in elements, wooden paneling, the ornate tiled stove, and small windows clearly show the charm of past times. Each of the partially connected rooms has its own character. History combined with generous elegance - and a practical layout with a separate toilet, storage room, and large, black-and-white kitchen with a beautiful view of the small park across the street.
The location in the popular Enge district is also convincing: The tram station is right outside the door, the Sihlcity shopping center is just a few steps away, and in a few minutes on foot, you can reach green spaces like the Allmend or the Rieterpark with the renowned museum. The lake is also not far away.
