The 1½-room holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers approximately 31 m² of net living space distributed over living and sleeping area with fireplace, kitchen, shower/WC as well as a balcony of approximately 6.0 m². The apartment was partially renovated in 2024, specifically the wet room with shower/WC was completely renewed. The flooring in the living area was also replaced. Of course, there is a passenger lift available.
The condominium includes a small private cellar compartment. A large laundry room with several washing machines and dryers as well as a ski and snowboard room are used communally by the owners.
In the underground garage, a parking space for a car is sold with the holiday apartment in the 4th basement (plus CHF 35,000.00).
For several years, extensive renovations have been carried out in the building. The last major renovation concerns the complete pipe renovation (water/wastewater) as well as the replacement of all lifts. These works have recently been completed.
