The 1½-room holiday apartment is located on the 6th floor and offers approximately 31 m² of net living space distributed over living and sleeping area, kitchen, shower/WC as well as a balcony of approximately 6.3 m². The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and is still in unused condition. The floor coverings (including balcony) and the entire wet room are tiled with fine stoneware tiles. The kitchen offers a natural stone countertop, an induction stove, a hot air oven including microwave, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment (height 120 cm) as well as a dishwasher. All appliances come from the company V-Zug. The shower equipped with a rain shower includes a floor-to-ceiling glass partition, and the designer fittings come from Dornbracht, Gessi, and Alape.
