The project consists of two rectangular buildings with four upper floors connected by a common basement. The facades are designed with horizontal strips of openings and closed elements that characterize the rhythm of the architecture.
The Residence Viola is marked by a ceramic facade, a material that is rarely used in residential architecture.
The living areas are oriented to the southwest, towards Giubiasco, while the bedrooms are oriented to the northeast, towards Bellinzona. From the first to the third upper floor, all apartments offer large terraces that ensure privacy and natural lighting. The basement contains parking spaces, storage rooms, technical rooms, and bicycle parking. Each floor has laundry rooms/cellars that are individually used by the apartments. The common green areas are located in the northwest and in the central zone between the buildings.

>> Notary costs are included, except for the mortgages that the buyer has to bear

Giubiasco is a district of Bellinzona located in nature. It has developed along the banks of the Ticino and at the edge of the Magadino plateau. Until 2017, the district was an independent municipality and therefore has all the essential services that are conveniently accessible on foot without having to go to the city center. In Bellinzona, some of the main road and highway connections in Switzerland converge and branch out, as well as the railway network, which allows connections in a few minutes to Lugano and Locarno, to the north to the cantons of Switzerland, and to the south to Milan and Lombardy.
The road connection to the north and south is easily accessible via the Bellinzona South highway exit. The history of the city with its castles attracts many tourists, especially in the summer season, and for nature lovers, walks and hikes in the surrounding area are possible, both on foot and by bicycle.
