The project includes 3 rectangular buildings, whose architecture is characterized by alternating horizontal and vertical bands that emphasize the openings and the rhythm of the facades. The Residenza Gora features an elegant and modern ceramic facade. The five-story buildings are connected in the basement, where parking spaces, storage and technical rooms, as well as bicycle parking spaces are located. The living spaces are oriented to the south with views of the castles of Bellinzona, while the rooms face northeast with views of nature. There are four types of apartments: 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5-room apartments. Ground floor apartments offer private gardens and terraces, while all others have large terraces for privacy and good lighting. Private laundry rooms/cellars are located on each floor. Shared green areas are located between the buildings.

Bellinzona is located in the central part of the canton of Ticino. After the merger of several municipalities in 2017, it is the largest of the Swiss cities with over 30,000 inhabitants, covering an area of 165.45 km², and the third largest municipality in the canton of Ticino. The municipality includes large forest, agricultural, and mountain areas, and some hamlets are separated from the urban area. In Bellinzona, some of the most important roads and highways in Switzerland converge and branch out, as does the railway network, which provides connections to Lugano and Locarno in a few minutes, to the north to the Swiss cantons, and to the south to Milan and Lombardy. The road connections to the north and south are easily accessible via the Bellinzona Nord motorway junction. The history of the city with its castles attracts many tourists, especially in summer, and nature lovers can enjoy walks and hikes in the surrounding area on foot or by bicycle.
