In a sunny, elevated location in Neuhausen - with a view of the Rhine - we are selling this wonderful terrace house with unobstructed views. The house is flooded with light, extremely spacious and well-designed.
A beautiful fireplace in the living/dining area ensures cozy hours even in the colder months and gives the terrace house a very special charm. In the open-plan, high-quality kitchen with plenty of storage space and work surfaces, you can express yourself wonderfully and pamper your loved ones culinarily.
Both bathrooms (bathtub/WC/washbasin and shower/WC/washbasin) bring daylight into the rooms through skylights. Two bedrooms face the terrace, with the larger bedroom having access to the terrace. Both rooms have floor-to-ceiling, very practical built-in wardrobes. The guest room is oriented to the southwest and has a beautiful view of the adjacent agricultural land, where cows occasionally graze and exude rural charm.
The laundry room with technology and the cellar are located in the basement and offer, in addition to other wall cabinets, valuable storage space.
The double garage has direct access to the house, so you can enter the house without getting wet.
In this terrace house, the heating (gas) was replaced in 2020, and the heat is distributed via underfloor heating. The electrically controlled shutters and the stylish, indirect lighting are just another convenience of this gem.
The highlight of this house is the wonderful, partially covered terrace with natural stone slabs, where life takes place not only on warm days. The beautiful view over the Rhine, the city of Schaffhausen to the Kohlfirst forest, as well as the adjacent agricultural zone makes living here a very special pleasure. In addition to the terrace of over 90 m2, there is also a garden share of about 180 m2.
Our conclusion: Those looking for the advantages of a terrace house but still like a bit of garden are in the right place here.

The school infrastructure is developed up to secondary school, and various daycare centers complete the offer.
The fact that Neuhausen has been awarded the quality label "Energiestadt" is another plus point. Neuhausen is well connected and has two train stations, one SBB and one DB station with connections to Zurich and Winterthur as well as Basel.
