Modern living comfort with private garden between city and countryside

At Löwenplatz in Jegenstorf – the rural, well-connected community between Bern and Solothurn – living is green and quiet. Nevertheless, one is central and can conveniently do everything on foot: shopping opportunities, schools, restaurants, and the train station are just a few steps away. Walking paths into nature or through the park of Jegenstorf Castle practically begin at your doorstep.
In 2007, four multi-family houses with a modern appearance and only five units each were built here. On the ground floor of house number 6, a nearly new apartment with 3½ rooms on 91 m² is reserved for new residents who desire contemporary comfort in an upscale environment along with a sunny garden without too much effort.
You can reach the apartment door directly from the entrance of the house or from the parking garage via the lift without any barriers. The wide hallway opens up to the two rooms as well as two spacious bathrooms – one with a bathtub, the other with a walk-in shower – and opens into the living area with an integrated kitchen.
Floor-to-ceiling windows provide both the living area and the rooms with plenty of pleasant light and give way to the southwest-facing garden, which is optimally sunlit. Hedges with various, partly evergreen shrubs protect against prying eyes when you enjoy the outdoors on the covered wooden deck.
In the design of the apartment, equal attention was paid to a harmonious design as well as to first-class equipment and thoughtful functionality: In the 2.5-meter high living rooms, warm maple parquet has been laid throughout, the elegant, well-equipped kitchen with cooking island is from bulthaup, and a reduced aesthetic characterizes the bathrooms. The many built-in wardrobes and the washing tower in the bathroom are practical.
The garden apartment includes a ventilated cellar as well as a parking space in the parking garage (included in the price), where everything is already prepared for e-mobility. A bike room is used communally. Outdoor parking spaces are available for visitors. Gardeners take care of the outdoor facilities, while an external caretaker service is responsible for cleanliness in and around the buildings.
