The municipality of Laupen in the Bernese lowlands, located on the cantonal border with Fribourg, offers ideal conditions for families and nature lovers. A residential building with nine condominiums is being built here in a quiet district south of the Senseufer. The old town of Laupen and the new train station can be reached in a few minutes' walk via the nearby bridge. The train runs every half hour to Bern and from there to Langnau im Emmental.
The open-plan living, kitchen and dining areas as well as separate laundry towers offer the best conditions for modern and family-friendly living. Generous balconies, terraces or private garden areas on the ground floor also allow undisturbed enjoyment of the picturesque surroundings. Each residential unit has a cellar room and at least one parking space in the underground car park. Access is via a common staircase with a lift. The west-facing duplex apartment has its own direct access from outside and from the underground car park.
Ready for occupancy: According to the current planning status, the apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy from summer 2025.
