This charming 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well-kept multi-residential house, in a sunny and very central location in Zermatt. The village center, the train station, and the valley stations of the Sunnegga and Gornergrat funiculars are easily and quickly accessible on foot.
The apartment is accessible by an elevator, which was renovated in 2013. Upon entering the apartment, you will find an entrance hall with a wardrobe. To the right is the bathroom. A bedroom is also available. The small but functional kitchen is open to the living/dining room. From the living room, you can access the spacious balcony.
A laundry room and a ski room are available for common use. In addition, a private cellar is part of the apartment.
