This charming attic apartment is located in the Mirador building, in the Spiss district of Zermatt, and enchants with its central location as well as its magnificent view of the Matterhorn. The bus stop, the train station, and the valley stations of the Sunnegga funicular and Gornergrat are just a few minutes' walk away. With approximately 90 m² of living space, the apartment offers a warm and welcoming living environment.
Upon entering the apartment, you arrive in a small entrance hall. To the left are two bedrooms, to the right the bathroom with bathtub and bidet. A few steps further, a small door leads to the closed kitchen, directly adjacent to the dining room. A small sliding window offers a direct view of the living room, which has a sunny balcony and a beautiful view of the Matterhorn.
The apartment includes a cellar as well as a communal laundry room.
