This charming attic apartment is located in the Mirador house in the Spiss district of Zermatt and impresses with its central location as well as the magnificent view of the Matterhorn. The bus stop, the train station, and the valley stations of the Sunnegga and Gornergrat railways are just a few minutes' walk away. With around 90 m² of living space, the apartment offers a cozy and inviting home.
Upon entering the apartment, you enter the small entrance area. On the left side are two bedrooms, on the right side the bathroom with bathtub and bidet. A few steps further, a small door leads to the closed kitchen, which is directly connected to the dining area. A small sliding window provides a direct view into the living room, which impresses with a sunny balcony and beautiful view of the Matterhorn.
The apartment includes a cellar compartment as well as a shared laundry room.
Zermatt is located at 1,620 m above sea level and is world-famous for its mountain, the Matterhorn. But its special character, friendly inhabitants, and traditions also make this village in the Upper Valais unique.
The center is easily accessible from the apartment. Zermatt itself is car-free and can be reached with a special permit via the Täsch-Zermatt road or by the Matterhorn-Gotthard Bahn from Täsch. The Täsch-Zermatt connection runs around the clock from Thursday to Sunday. The rest of the week until midnight. In the village itself, transport is done with electric taxis or horse-drawn carriages.
