La Chaux-de-Fonds, the fourth largest city in the Romandy region and located at an altitude of 1000 meters, was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2009. The city is characterized by a checkerboard plan that was realized during its reconstruction in the early 19th century and offers all necessary facilities such as primary schools, secondary schools, public transport, swimming pool, ice rink, museums, etc.
In a building constructed in 1971, these 3 apartments were completely renovated in 2022, including the installation of triple-glazed windows. They are thus perfectly habitable/rentable in their current state (currently vacant).
Each apartment opens to a large entrance hall, from which one enters the living room. The kitchen is partially open and has a window opposite the countertop. Two bedrooms are available as well as a bathroom/WC with washing machine and dryer.
Finally, there is also an outdoor parking space for each apartment (a total of 3).
